Siddra is ambivert, assertive, and understanding. She is working as a clinical psychologist at Special Security Unit, Sindh Police. She has worked with rehab patients, which helped in understanding the dynamics of an individual. She also provides workshop sessions to personnel, interns, and clients. Psych diagnostic evaluation is her strong domain. She believes in facilitating individuals towards optimism, self-acceptance, and enhancing their personality developmental skills.
