Dr. Maheen Noorani is a Special Education Consultant, Certified Autism Specialist (CAS), and founder of Funclusion, Pakistan’s premier inclusive learning and recreational center. Bringing dual perspectives as an international expert across the US and Pakistan and a mother of two autistic children, she delivers compassionate, evidence-based approaches to special needs advocacy and inclusive system implementation. Dr. Noorani specializes in developmental guidance and early identification, guiding families through screening pathways and structured intervention planning. Through Funclusion, she champions holistic, play-based learning in sensory-rich environments, integrating therapeutic play, specialized instruction, and family support to help neurodivergent children thrive across homes, classrooms, and communities.
